Must Do:

  • Clean all surfaces (vacuum, windows, mop floors, countertops, mirrors)

  • Turn on ALL overhead lights and lamps. (Try to use bulbs of the same temperature, DAYLIGHT is best!)

  • Open all curtains and blinds (the more natural light the better)

  • Remove all hanging cords and chargers

Exterior Tips:

  • Remove cars from driveway and front of house

  • Remove trashcans

  • Remove visible water hoses, toys, accessories

  • Some landscaping goes a long way (mow, trim and clear leaves)

  • Turn on any water features (pool, waterfall)

Interior Tips:

  • Kitchen (usually the homes focal point)

    • Clear countertops unless Items are Staged

    • Clear refrigerator of magnets, and personal items

    • Clear sink of dishes

    • Remove trash cans and napkins/paper towels

    • Put toilet seats down

    • Remove mats and rugs unless new and/or staged

  • Other Rooms

Lastly, no pets allowed.

It is a must that all pets and supplies be put away for the photo shoot… well unless they come with the house :)
