We are happy to inform you that Nicole Decor is continuing to operate, but in a modified capacity. We are fully committed to providing you with our quality real estate marketing services despite the many challenges we are facing during this time of uncertainty.
To inform you of how we are adapting to the needs of our clients, whether Realtors, homeowners, builders, as well as our own team members, please read below.
Photography and Virtual Staging:
This service is still fully available for occupied and vacant properties. We ask that all occupants wear a mask and remain socially distant during the shoot. Due to social distancing, we can not review photos on site at this time but previews will still be sent to all clients.
It is still best practice that occupants and clients leave the property on lockbox when possible and have the home photoshoot ready. As we are making efforts to minimize the amount of things that we touch but we are using protective barriers such as gloves or coverings when we do.
Stagings and Destagings:
Currently, we are ONLY staging vacant properties.
For both vacant stagings and destagings, we ask that the homeowners, Realtors, or builders vacate the property for the duration of the staging or destaging. Our teams have been provided with gloves and masks, soap for hand washing and have instructions to wipe down the shared surfaces in the home before leaving.
In addition, we ask that there be no other trades or third parties on-site during our staging or destaging and that no one that has entered the property has been sick, been around anyone that has been sick, or travelled to an area of high infection. This is critical. If this request is not honored, our team will leave the premises to ensure social distancing. Please understand that we are concerned not only for the health of our team members but for all other parties entering the property as well.
Our Warehouse:
We are doing everything in our power to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and germ eradication. Our team members are cleaning and disinfecting all shared surfaces in our warehouse and furnishing before and after stagings.
We are staying socially distant when possible and always wearing mask while on staging sites.
We are all also fully vaccinated.
